Spellbinders Grand Calibur and Cuttlebug folders
You can use Cuttlebug, Sizzix, and Quickutz embossing folders. Please keep in mind the thickness of your paper. You may need to add a shim of card stock if your embossing is not deep enough. The Sizzix embossing folders feel thicker so I doubt that you will need a shim. Some of the Quickutz ones did not emboss deep enough so I just added a shim of the same card stock that I was embossing. As always feel free to send me an email if you have any questions.

We will be on a holiday vacation for the next two weeks and posts will return in the new year. On behalf of everyone here at The Cuttlebug Spot, I want to wish you a very safe holiday season and a prosperous New Year. Here are the design team creations celebrating 2011.
I know this is a busy time of year so for this final week, just leave a comment as your entry to win a £15.00 shopping certificate to the Craft Barn.

Christmas at the Spot
Happy Tuesday. I bet you are all busy making those special cards for this Christmas. If you're out of ideas, I hope you find some inspiration today from our design team. You will find some great techniques with embossing incorporated in these Christmas creations such as inking, sanding, foil embossing and even double embossing (using 2 different folders). Enjoy our creations and get those cards out in the mail.
This week share with use your Christmas cards using your favorite embossing technique. A random chosen entry will receive a $20.00 gift certificate to Custom Crops. Good luck.
