  1. Watched this and your other one on You Tube from the link on Cricut website. Left feedback there but must tell you again how easy you make this task seem, and I love the finished card front that you made.
    Great stuff Nilda.

  2. This is great to have on here! I just ordered my first nestabilities today...yes!!! Thanks for the simple tutorial. I loved how you label your plates and leave it on there, that's a great idea!

  5. Nilda, I want to thank you for taking the time to set up this site. I'm trying not to get the nestabilities but they're just so darn pretty. I tell myself that my cricut will do all of that stuff. I have a 25.00 gift card that will buy me one set. Which set would y'all get if you could just get one? I haven't made one single card yet but I'm getting there. Oh, Nilda, I have an extra cuttlebug folder if you ever need it to use for a RAK. I got two of one style at Christmas. Just give me the word and I'll get it to you. I have a few other things, too. Donating these things to you would be a small token of my appreciation. Shipping shouldn't cost much. Email me if you want the stuff. Thanks for the tutorials. I have to get one of those brown mat thingies...always so much stuff to get.

  6. WOW! This was great as 1) I've been wondering how to emboss after cutting and (2) been having trouble with it! Thank you. I'm off to give it a try.

  8. Hi Nilda, thank you so much for making and posting this video, it's brilliant! From the way you are doing it I can see now that I've had the die and card for cutting the other way around and the stack wrong for the embossing! I'm still getting ok results but your embossed heart looks so much better, I'll be using your method from now on and I very much appreciate all your effort to do this. I'm looking forward to joining your challenge now that I've found it. Hugs, Chris.

  9. Well done: Every time I watch a video on this it seems to give different instructions but my latest set of nestabilities includes instructions and spellbinder recommend cutting upwards. I have always done that and that way you are always cutting in to your B plate and the C plate stays like new.
For embossing they recommend placing the nestie and tan mat as you have it but on top of plate A and 2 x plate B on top of the card shim, but I haven't tried that yet and don't see that it would make a difference.
    Thanks, Karen

Thank you so much for this great tutorial! I have been just using my CB and Nesties to make "die cuts" and finally tonight I understand how to also get the emboss feature! Beautiful!

  14. You've got a great blog but how do you turn the music off so you can hear the video tutorials. I really don't care for music when I'm trying to concentrate on reading what you have written.
